Meet Alex Zweydoff,  RMP®

Alex Zweydoff is the Director of Business Development and a REALTOR® at Allegiant Management Group. He plays a key role in cultivating relationships, creating and implementing business development strategies, and overseeing sales and marketing initiatives.


Alex, who is from Central Florida, has worked in the real estate & property management industry since 2012. He joined Allegiant Management Group in 2017.


His extensive experience has resulted in successfully placing thousands of tenants and efficiently managing numerous rental properties for landlords and investors.


Alex holds the prestigious RMP® (Residential Management Professional®) designation from the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®). He has earned several certifications. These include the C2EX® (Commitment to Excellence) endorsement and the At Home with Diversity® (AHWD) Certification.

His professional achievements show his commitment to excellence and service. This makes him a well-known leader in the industry, recognized for his professionalism and care. He contributes his talents to organizations and associations pushing forward with ethical and professional standards.


He holds leadership positions in several notable organizations. These include Florida REALTORS®, the Osceola County Association of REALTORS®, and NARPM®, and the East Orlando Chamber of Commerce.


He is a Past President of the Orlando/Central Florida NARPM® Chapter. The Osceola Chamber and Young Professionals of Osceola County recognized him with the 2024 Tomorrow’s Leaders Today Award.


Alex is a passionate advocate for private property rights and affordable housing. He actively participates in legislative advocacy at the local, state, and national levels. His dedication earned him the 2024 NARPM® Florida State Chapter Advocate of the Year Award.


Alex enjoys reading, spending time with his family, especially his husband Daniel. He actively participates in his local community by dedicating time and contributing to charitable efforts.
